My advice it to make these immediately. Don’t stop and think just go to the grocery store and buy Club crackers, bacon, and Parmesan cheese. That is all you need. GO!
Now get out a baking sheet and put a put a drying rack on top. Lay out your Club crackers on a piece of wax paper (helps with clean up).
Mound a spoonful of parmesan cheese on top of each cracker (do you understand the wax paper now?).
Cut your bacon strips in half. I used butcher bacon which may have added to the deliciousness.
Wrap cheese and cracker in bacon attempting to cover all of the cracker. Make a mental note of the morsel in the top right.
Bake at 250 degrees for about 2 hours. Enjoy heaven in your mouth.
Remember the one I told you make a note of. Look at the top left corner and you can see what happens when you don’t wrap the whole cracker. Oops. It was still delicious.
Feww now that you experienced these, I should give credit to the Pioneer Woman where the recipe came from. This was not my idea, but apparently an idea from the 80s. Thanks 1980s.
